Today the Court Will Decide on APC's Request to Inspect the Bibas Machine Used in the Kano Governorship Election

The Kano State Governorship Election Hearing Court will make a decision on the APC's motion for a denial of the chance to examine the BVAS Voter Identification Machine that was utilised during the Kano State Governorship Election today.

APC attorney Nuraini Jimoh SAN asked the court during yesterday's court hearing to permit his clients to examine the voter identification gadgets that the National Electoral Commission utilised during the election.

Barrister E Osayomi, the defence attorney, requested the Kano governorship election hearing court to reject the APC party's plea, claiming that the attorney lacked the capacity to file it in less than ten days. and ending the appeals' submission period.

The request will be decided on by Judge Oluyemi Akintan Osadebay on Friday. Next Monday is the deadline for concluding the case's preliminary hearing before the hearing can begin. the spanning
