13 Nigerian pilgrims died during this year's Hajj in the Holy Land

13 Nigerian pilgrims lost their lives this year while doing the Hajj, and 41,632 people were sick while they were in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Usman Galadima, the leader of the Nigerian medical team in charge of the nation's pilgrims, made this statement on Sunday evening in Makkah at a follow-up meeting to discuss how things are going after Arafat.

Before performing the Hajj, he advised men to get a comprehensive physical and provide a certificate attesting to their excellent health.
