A Father Destroyed His Only Son On Black Death
Aniekan James has been charged by the Akwa Ibom State Police with the murder of his 35-year-old only son, Odudu James.
Aniekan is also accused of killing several other people in Lagos and Abia State, according to testimony from the state's commissioner of police, Olatoye Durosinmi, who prosecuted the suspect and 268 other people who were detained on various accusations.
According to the commissioner, on June 16, 2023, agency officers raided the Ukanafun office and detained the suspect.
He claimed, "On June 16, 2023, officers of the Ukanafun office arrested a man, Aniekan James of Ikot Ndot village in Ukanafun local government, for shooting his 35-year-old son, Odudu James, as a result of an argument with her." The individual who was apprehended is suspected of killing numerous persons in the states of Lagos and Abia.
The acting president of a private institution was allegedly abducted while travelling home, and the commissioner also brought charges against someone in connection with that incident.
According to him, the principal returned to his family while the remaining $200,000 of the ransom money and the Toyota Corolla used in the crime were found.
He claimed that on April 14, 2023, when he was returning home, the university's vice chancellor was taken hostage. However, the police detained Prince Thursday Okon, a former employee of the head teacher, two days after the school principal was taken hostage on the suspicion that he was the kidnapper.
