Ganduje's former commissioner passed away

God bless Zubaida Damakka Abubakar, the former Commissioner for Women Affairs and the Commissioner for Budget and Planning under the first Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

Barista Zubaida passed away today in Abuja following a brief illness, according to a statement given to NIGERIAN TRACKER by Abubakar Aminu Ibrahim, a close friend of the former Commissioner.

Three children and a husband were left behind by the former commissioner, who was over 45 years old.

On Sunday at around 9:00 am, her funeral was held in Kano.
