University of Groningen prerequisites Qualification for a Masters Scholarship
The Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies contributes financial support to the Talent Grant. The scholarship is intended for international students from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who wish to pursue a master's degree in theology and religious studies. Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway are also members of the EEA along with the EU nations.
The following is a list of all the nations in which the United States has a presence: Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Master of Arts degrees in religion and pluralism: ancient and modern; religion, conflict, and globalization; religion, cultural heritage; and religion, health, and wellbeing.
Candidates must: have a non-EU/EEA passport and be ineligible for the Dutch system of study grants and loans ("Studiefinanciering").
possess a conditional acceptance to one of the MA programs in theology and religious studies;
have achieved good results in their bachelor's or undergraduate courses;
not have already earned a master's degree from a Dutch educational institution;
good English language skills, as required by the program's entry standards;
being able to participate in the entire programme and being available for the duration of it;
When awarded a Talent Grant, confirm in writing their agreement with the Grant.
University of Groningen Masters Scholarship Interview Date, Process, and Location
An application evaluation panel will look through the submissions. Academic merit (i.e., grades from the study programme, academic papers, overall assessments of prior education, etc.) and motivational words are used to choose students. The decision to provide a scholarship is determined after a thorough investigation into the applicant's background. Finally, applicants will be notified on May 15.

a copy of the admissions letter from the University of Groningen, a copy of the letter from the Admissions Committee, and a copy of the letter.
a letter of recommendation from a PhD or professor from your current or previous degree programme;
Transcript of Grades from Your Most Recent or Current Degree Programme;
a maximum of 500-word letter of motivation (in Word) outlining why you think you should be given consideration for this grant;
