Nine people died in the plane crash in Port Sudan - soldiers

According to the Sudanese military, a jet crash at Port Sudan airport claimed the lives of nine individuals.

It is rumoured that the civilian aircraft Antonov ran into a mechanical issue during takeoff.

Those killed included four military commanders. The accident's survivor, a child, was made public.
