President Tinubu's 30 Days In Office Was A Great Success - Nasiru Mato
Alhaji Nasiru Mato, a member of the APC presidential campaign team in Yobe state for the 2023 election, said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR has made a lot of progress in the 30 days he has been in office.
Alhaji Nasiru Mato said this in an interview with the press in Damaturu. He was talking about what President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's government had done in the 30 days he had been in charge.
Alhaji Nasiru Mato, who is also the Chairman of the Yobe State Chamber of Commerce, said that he got rid of fuel handouts on the day he was sworn in, which he called a great success.
"In this country's constitution, we've given up on it, and now everyone does what they want. The law isn't followed, and a country that doesn't follow the law can't move forward," said Mato.
Mato said that, even though we're working for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we know he's honest and smart, and we see him as a tool God gave us to fix the mistakes we've made in the past.
He said that getting rid of and investigating Mr. Goodwin Emefiele, the previous governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, was good and was done on purpose to hurt the economy of the country.
"Even the bankruptcy system that the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) set up shows that Mr. Emefiele has caused trouble for the people of this country and ruined the economy of the country.
So, he praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for getting his job off to a good start. He also said that the Nigerian people need help right away to stop the effects of the problems they are facing.
