The 2nd CMG Forum Opened In Shanghai

In order to examine the departments' perspectives on modernization plans, the China Radio and Television Centre, or CMG, was opened for the second time in Shanghai. Representatives from international organisations, media centres, specialists, and international businesses attended the meeting.

"Opening the door, walking together, achieving common goals: Joining strength in the path of modernization" is the title of the event that was officially inaugurated on Thursday. It was held with the support of CMG and the Shanghai City Administration. More than 230 people attended the conference both in person and online, which he also received.

The panellists were in agreement that China's modernisation will open up new possibilities for global growth and advance China's viewpoint on creating a global community with a shared future for all people.

The panellists also concurred that the worldwide media should carry out their duties, improve collaboration in developing community relations, and take lessons from other cultures.

Three further smaller projects were then held at the meeting, focusing on "Opportunities to Make Changes in the World," "Effective Development through the Modernization of China," and "The Responsibility of the Media in Bringing About Changes in the World." The participants in the discussion offered advice on how to overcome problems and strengthen global cooperation, as well as how media from other nations may foster better intercultural understanding and communication.
