The Conference on Promoting Education in Rural Areas in Niger has been concluded

The event, which was successfully accomplished under the direction of the Minister of Education, intends to raise money for education, particularly for rural children.

The gathering brought together academics, partners, and international aid organisations to offer suggestions on how to enhance rural education in Niger.

One of the issues examined at the general conference on the development of education in order to identify answers was the lack of skilled teachers, the poor quality of classrooms in the villages, and the distance from schools in the majority of rural areas.

The provision of education to rural children goes against the President's resolution; this marks the beginning of the Niger authorities holding a conference to develop education in rural areas. The field of education is at the top of the list of activities that the President of Niger Bazoum Mohamed has promised to prioritise in the extension of his term of office.

The conference also highlighted strategies for assisting and educating youngsters in rural areas.

The chairman of the Agadas State Assembly, Mohamed Anako, stated, "We will concentrate on finding ways to develop children's education because we have noticed the neglect of education in rural areas, it is the main problem that prevents us from progressing as a result, we want to find a solution and the solution is to create an effective system that will take care of the movement of education in rural areas."

Experts like Alhaji Labo see this meeting as a way to advance education in Niger because it brings together wealthy individuals, international aid organisations, and experts who have advice to share on how to improve education in rural areas. The education of rural children is a problem that hinders efforts to educate the country's populace.
