The President of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu will address the citizens today Monday.
In a statement released by the Special Assistant on Communications to the President, Dele Alake, she said the President will make the speech at around 7pm.
Tinubu's speech will focus on his government's plans to support Nigerians to ease the pressure of life they are going through.
The President of Nigeria announced the withdrawal of fuel subsidies during his swearing in on May 29.
Since then, Tinubu has promised that support will be brought to ease the suffering of the countrymen who participated.
The statement also requested all television and radio stations to link their stations with the Federal Television NTA and the Federal Radio FRCN to broadcast the speech to the citizens. He promised that support will be brought to ease the pain they have gone through.
