YSU Postgraduate Admission Application for the Academic This is to let the general public know that the Yobe State University (YSU) Postgraduate Admission Form 2023/2024 Academic Session application process is still open for the master's, diploma, and doctoral programs.
The steps for applying and accessing the updated YSU Postgraduate Admission Form are provided below. The following is a list of the available courses at the University of Wyoming.
What You Must Do to Apply for Postgraduate Admission at YSU and the Entry Requirements
1. Common Ordinary Level Requirements For Admission To All Postgraduate Programs
2. In order to apply for Postgraduate Programs, all candidates MUST have five O/Level Credit Passes, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other departmentally pertinent subjects.
a master's degree (M. A., M. Ed., or M. Sc.
3. Holders of a First Degree in a Relevant Subject from Yobe State University, Damaturu, or any other University recognized by the Senate of this University, with a minimum Second Class (Lower Division) and a CGPA of 0/5.0.
4. Candidates having at least a Third Class Degree from Yobe State University or any reputable university and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) with a Lower Credit-CGPA of 0/5.0 may be considered for admission.
Ph.D., or doctor of philosophy
1. Candidates who have earned a bachelor's degree from Yobe State University or another accredited institution must have a minimum Second Class (Lower Division) grade and a CGPA of 0/5.0.
2. Candidates must hold an academic master's degree in the relevant field from Yobe State University or another university approved by the senate of this university, with a "B" average grade (60%) in addition to their first degree.
3. Candidates must exhibit sufficient intellectual ability, maturity, and the ability to make wise decisions and solve problems.
PGD: Postgraduate Diploma
4. A first degree in the pertinent topic with at least a Second Class (Lower Division) from Yobe State University or another institution recognized by the university's senate.
5. Higher National Diploma (HND) at Credit Level with any other recognized professional qualification in the pertinent topic and a minimum Lower Credit (CGPA of 0/5.0) or HND.
6. Candidates with a third-class degree may be admitted to their areas of specialization or to other fields in order to convert.

YSU Postgraduate Admission Form: How to Apply
1. Visit: https://ysu.edu.ng/pgapplication
2. Create an account by going through the instructions provided.
3. Create an RRR code and use any available e-payment method or bank branch to pay the application fee of N 10,000 just as specified on the page.
4. To continue using the program, login using your phone number and the generated RRR code.
5. Fill out the application with all necessary information, then print the acknowledgment slip. Keep in mind that any application containing inaccurate information will not be accepted.
6. Upload any necessary paperwork, such as diplomas, certified copies of academic records, letters of ancestry, birth certificates, and age declarations, among other things.
Application Closing Date
Online application form sales open on Friday, December 9, 2022, and end on Saturday, February 5, 2023.
The proposed program should explicitly specify the area of specialization (if any).
An applicant may only apply for admission to one degree or diploma program at a time.
2. A Departmental Postgraduate Committee, the Board of Postgraduate Studies, or the Senate are not required to provide any applicant with justification for their decision.
