3M has agreed to pay $6 billion to US veterans who accused it of selling them defective medical equipment that caused them to shrink.

The company hopes that this agreement to pay the large amount of money to the veterans will end the long-standing litigation on the issue.

Thousands of American veterans filed a lawsuit against the company in court, where they complained that they were blinded by the use of 3M masks.

This agreement includes that the company will pay a total of 6 billion dollars between 2023 and 2029, where it will pay 5 billion dollars in cash, and then pay the remaining 1 billion by selling shares to the military as the 3M he said in a statement he issued.

The company sold the iyapis to the soldiers between 2003 and 2015, while insisting that its product has no problem as long as it is used properly.
