Educating Fulani Herdsmen's Children Will Save Them From Evil - Kautal Hore
Miyetti ALLAH KAUTAL HORE Fulani herdsmen group said educating the children of herdsmen is the only way to separate them from bad seeds.
This is the theme of the group's meeting at the Maliya cattle market in Nasarawa state.
Miyetti Allah, one of the main groups of pastoralists, said that pastoral schools are not sufficient in providing education due to the lack of teachers and equipment.
The leader of Bello Bodejo Lamido Fulbe distanced Fulani herdsmen from stubbornness but lack of understanding; where he complained about what he described as the money that was given to the wild Fulani in violation of the law.
Bello Bodejo also said that they are planning to form a patrol group that will work with the security forces to track down the bad guys and throw stones at them.
The mother of Hajiya A'ishatu Bala Muhammad Kauran Bauchi said that they will continue to fight for education.
Herdsmen from different parts especially from the north of Nigeria attended the meeting with the intention of surrendering to religious and modern knowledge.
