The 'fake couple' is accused of hiding the drug in the genital area
The Nigerian Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested two people who falsely claimed to be a group of people intending to travel to India for drug addiction.
The two persons, Mr. Ilonzeh Kingsley Onyebuchi and Mrs. Ilonzeh Roseline Nonyelum, were arrested with 184 bundles of heroin weighing 3.322 kilograms, and another drug weighing 100 grams was found hidden in the woman's bag.
NDLEA officers arrested the two men at the first baggage check at the Lagos airport, when they were trying to board a flight to India.
Even though the names on their travel documents show that they are a couple, the NDLEA requested to take their photos.
The picture that confirmed that there is the drug in their bodies, that is why the officers of the agency took them to a tired room to force them to come out with what they had hidden in their bodies.
While the names on their travel documents show the same name, Ilonzeh Kingsley Onyebuchi for the manager, and Ilonzeh's wife Roseline Nonyelum, the initial investigation conducted by the agency found that the people are not married.
The investigation showed that they used the same name to avoid the attention of the security forces during the investigation.
The woman's real name is Ngogbike Nkechi as revealed by Bincken.
