 The Head of Customs arrived in Katsina to confirm the closure of the border between Nigeria and Niger

The Acting Chairman of the Anti-Smuggling Commission of Nigeria, Bashir Adewal, arrived in Katsina state to confirm the order of the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to close the border between Nigeria and the Republic of Niger.

The head of the commission, Bashir Adewale, said that he came to the state to fulfill all the orders given by the President of the country as the ECOWAS President.

He said, "Once things go the way we want, it is guaranteed that the borders will be reopened."
