The Labor Union has renewed a new plan to engage in a strike if...
The National Union of Trade Unions has said that it will start a general strike across the country from August 14, 2023, if the Federal Ministry of Justice fails to withdraw the case it filed against the union.
The NLC made this decision during its National Executive Council meeting held in Abuja, on Thursday.
This was contained in a joint statement signed by the president of the NLC and the secretary of the organization, Joe Ajaero and Emmanuel Ugboaja.
They said the Ministry of Justice and the National Labor Court continued to allow them to be used as agents of the enemies of Democracy.
