The opposition leader in Zimbabwe accused the President of the coup
Zimbabwe's opposition leader, Nelson Chamisa, has accused President Emmerson Manangagwa of carrying out a coup, although he has not provided evidence to support his allegations.
The opposition leader of the CCC party has stated that he will not accept the methods used in the conduct of the elections, considering the announcements issued by the observers showing that there have been challenges in the conduct of the elections and what can be done affect the outcome.
Nelson Chamisa said that the election was one-way, and the number of votes proved that there was fraud in it.
Nelson Chamisa got 44 percent while President Emmerson Manangagwa got 52.6 percent.
Now the opposition has one week to file a complaint in court.
Mr. Mnangagwa dismissed the criticism of the elections by foreign countries after he emphasized that the elections were conducted in a fair manner.
