What Experts Say About Allocating Ministries To Ministers In Nigeria
A political scientist at the University of Abuja, Dr. Farouk B.B. Farouk, said that the complaint of a state to have a small or chief minister is against the democratic system.
ABUJA, NIGERIA - This is coming at a time when complaints are coming from some states that they do not have competent ministries.
Dr. B.B Farouk said that it is the responsibility of the President to appoint whoever he sees fit to be a Minister and send him to the ministry he wants to represent him in.
