Nigeria will establish aid centers in 774 local governments to reduce poverty
The Minister of Relief and Poverty Alleviation in Nigeria, Betta Edu, said her ministry will build relief centers in all 774 local governments in Nigeria.
According to her, the centers will work as a step to gradually drive away poverty, and the food produced in the house will be kept.
"Under my administration, the Ministry of Relief will reduce poverty by creating jobs, and sending money to the poor," the minister said while speaking on Federal Radio on Saturday.
