The Shade Room's Thembi Mawema confronted the 37-year-old singer about her connection with the 39-year-old rapper during an interview, and she didn't know what to say.
"What is it like for you two to co-parent?" Mawema enquired, and Ciara burst out laughing for more than 15 seconds.
They both started to giggle, and at one point Mawema exclaimed, "I'm dead," to which Ciara replied, "You're awesome."
The singer of "Goodies" has a kid named Future Zahir, who is 9 years old, with her ex-fiancé. A few months after he was born, she and Future broke up, terminating their engagement because of rumours that the rapper had cheated on her.
The rapper has made a number of public comments about Ciara since they broke up in 2014, including saying that she won't let him visit their baby. A person close to Ciara told PEOPLE at the time that the reports were false and that she thought he was exploiting the limelight to "promote his music."
"He doesn't pay $15,000 in child support, and he never has." The insider replied, "It's just not true." "Ciara has never stopped him from seeing his child."
Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson, who is 34 years old, are expecting their third child next year. The couple already has a daughter named Sienna Princess, who is 6, and a son named Win Harrison, who is 3.
Ciara told the world she was pregnant in a video she posted on Instagram in August. The NFL star took the footage, which showed her expanding bump.
A source informed that the singer is still working hard even though she is pregnant.
"She's one of those moms who has energy all through her pregnancy," the source claimed. "She always calls her life organised chaos, but this is organised chaos on a whole new level."
The source went on to say, "She loves being a mother, therefore this is what she loves to do. Russ and she have always wanted this. They've always desired a lot of kids.
