The 40-year-old dancer and actor went to the VIP opening of the International Dance League (IDL) on Saturday, July 26.
He showed up to the event not long after he and his wife Hayley Erbert said they were going to have their first child.
On Tuesday, July 22, Hough and Erbert, both 30, shared the wonderful news that they were having a baby in a cute Instagram video.
The Dancing with the Stars judge and his wife hugged while looking out over a beautiful scene in the video. Erbert held up ultrasound pictures for the camera while they cuddled.
"We can't believe that the biggest thing that has ever happened to us could be so small ♥️," the couple said in the description of their joint social media photo.
Hough and Erbert met for the first time in 2014. They were engaged in June 2022, and the pair, who had been together for a long time, was married in August 2023, more than a year later.
Some of the top dance teams in the world fought it out in front of fans at the IDL event at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
Royal Family (New Zealand), 1MILLION (South Korea), Quick Style (UAE), GRV (USA), Brotherhood (Canada), and Jam Republic (Singapore) were some of the dance groups who took part.
Just Maiko was in charge of the event, and rapper BIA performed at halftime. Jeff Staple also released a limited-edition merch capsule.
