The Mastercard Foundation pays for the entire cost of the ASU Online Graduate Certificate, including all tuition, coaching, and one-on-one mentoring meetings.
Some candidates will also be given a scholarship to get a Master's degree in either Supply Chain Management or Leadership Management for free. Together with Arizona State University, the Mastercard Foundation is giving away grants for professional certificates.
The new Mastercard Foundation Scholars will get their degrees from ASU online while getting help and services from Kepler College in Rwanda. This will combine open online learning with one-on-one support and involvement in the community. One big expectation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program is that the people who take part will use the knowledge and skills they learn to help their communities and make their home countries better places to live and work.

You need to do the following to be accepted for the Mastercard ASU Online Graduate Certificate 2026:
1. Must meet the standards to get into ASU.
2. Be a member of Africa between the ages of 18 and 33 who is dedicated to moral leadership and community service.
3. A track record of leadership, service, and academic success.
4. You must have an undergraduate degree by July 2026.
5. They have never started or finished a graduate degree before.
6. You have to live in Rwanda for the whole term.
