A video of Nollywood actor Etim Effiong with experienced actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has gotten a lot of attention online.
Before the opening of his new movie, The Herd, which will be shown in theatres across the country, Etim went to see Kanayo to ask for his prayers and blessings. Kanayo is visited by Etim Effiong.
During the visit, he gave the veteran a gift box to show his appreciation for Kanayo's help in building great businesses and careers.
During the talk, Kanayo asked Etim what he was ready to give in exchange for his help.
Kanayo told Etim that all he had to do was dedicate his time and energy and that he was already great when Etim joked that he should sacrifice someone. This is how their talk went:
Etim: "Good afternoon, Chief. The Herd is the name of my movie that's coming out soon. Every movie theatre in Nigeria will show it on October 17, 2025. This is a gift box I brought you. You've helped a lot of people in films. Really don't know what you do to help them be so great in their jobs and businesses.
"It costs something. What are you willing to give?" asked Kanayo.
Etim: "I did what had to be done." This gift box was brought to you by me.
Kanayo: "You need to give up some things."
Etim: "Who am I going to kill?"
Kanayo: "You'll give up your time and energy." You've already done well, good luck.
