Attorneys Are Praising Tinubu's Manifesto.
The Lawyers Network for Bola Ahmed Tinubu has praised the manifesto of Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate.
This was because the lawyers pointed out that Tinubu gave the voters a clear plan for how he would run the country if he won the elections in 2023.
At a press conference in Abuja on Friday, Sufyanu Sai'du spoke on behalf of the group and criticized other presidential candidates who hadn't yet shown their plans.
He said that Tinubu's opponents have tried to use blackmail and propaganda against him, but that the APC presidential candidate has talked directly with people from all walks of life.
Sai'du said, "Elections provide a significant opportunity to advance democratization and encourage political liberalization. In the lead-up to the 2023 elections, we told Nigerians at a press conference in Lagos that, as lawyers and social engineers, we would continue to talk to voters to help them make good decisions about who to vote for. People are so excited about the upcoming elections that it gives us hope and makes us look forward to facing our fundamental problems as a country. But our politics have always followed an awful pattern, and it's clear that 2023 won't be an exception. We live in a society that strays from issue-based campaigns and focuses on frivolous things instead. This makes us look silly to the rest of the world, and we may be laughed at a lot.
