Bandits kidnapped about 10 students in the Kachia local government of Kaduna state.
In a statement issued by the commissioner of security and internal affairs of the state, Samuel Aruwan, she said that the state government received information about the incident from the security agencies in the state.
According to reports, the incident happened on Monday in a high school in the local government.
Aruwan said that the exact location of the incident has not been confirmed, but he said that they are waiting for a full investigation to confirm this.
He also said that the government will issue an official statement when the data collection is completed.
