The owner of the champion who was sentenced to death in Kano state said he was not happy with the way the late champion who joined him fought with his neighbor.
Last Tuesday, a court in Kano sentenced the rooster to death and ordered the owner to slaughter him, as reported by Kadaura24.
The decision came after some of the neighbors of the two champs filed a complaint, where they accused the champ of not stopping them from eating because of the frequency of his visits as soon as the cold of the morning blows.
In his conversation with the BBC news channel, the champion, Isiyaku Shu'aibu, a resident of the Ja'en neighborhood in Kano city, said that he has never had a dispute with his neighbor for 20 years except because of his champion.

"It was the children who slaughtered the controversial champion before I even returned home on Friday."
From the beginning, one of those who filed the complaint, Yusuf Muhammad, said that the complaint that the champion is making is infringing on his rights because he is not able to sleep peacefully and peacefully.
Isyaku Shu'aibu told the court that he would have bought the rooster for Easter, and he requested the court to give him a discount until Friday before sentencing him to use the meat on Good Friday, that is what the court said accept his request of him.
