The court arrested a guy who misled others by promising them jobs in MDD.
Ahmad Sultan Sardauna was found guilty of conspiring and creating forgeries by the High Court in Kano state, presided over by Justice Hadzia Suleiman, and was given a four-year prison sentence.
The EFCC, which targets individuals who undermine Nigeria's economic prosperity, hauled Sultan and Emmanuel Tunde before the court in November of last year for falsifying paperwork in an effort to defraud a Somali man of $4,661 on the pretence of applying for a job at the UN.
When Emmanuel responded to the charges brought against him, the judge judged him guilty.
What caused the Sultan to decide to remain was not done.
Yet, Sultan admitted to the accusations against him during today's court hearing.
