Politicians are trying to divide Nigerians -Solomon Dalong

Barrister Solomon Dalong, a former minister of youth affairs in Nigeria, discussed the significance of Nigerians adhering to both the Christian and Islamic faiths in order for them to coexist peacefully.

The former minister made this declaration at a dinner that Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, a renowned Islamic scholar, hosts annually in Kaduna State.

In addition, he emphasized that the fact that God has endowed Nigerians with a variety of tribes and religious traditions is a blessing from which we can draw by combining our minds.

Barrister Solomon Dalong spoke in detail about the nation's general election, which was place between two months and last month, and stated that while it has been concluded, it has left behind dust, and people should avoid anything that will cause division.

Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, a famous Islamic scholar, stated during the conference that any politician who can bring Nigerians together without prejudice is qualified to govern the country, demonstrating that God created us for each other. He asserted that the best course of action under the law for anyone who feels that he was not treated fairly in the election that was held is to go to court. He urged us to communicate with one another and work together to avoid creating mental barriers.

People should give thanks to God for the way He made them and have compassion for those who want to stoke community strife, according to Pastor Yohana Buru, who also attended the lunch meeting hosted at the home of the well-known priest.
