Raphael Warnock Gamaliel Warnock was born in Georgia on July 23, 1969. He was the 11th of a total of 12 kids. The family lived in public homes as children. During World War II, his father worked as a mechanic for the US Army. After the war, his father opened a business that fixed up old cars.
