A Man asked the court to divorce his wife because he had had enough.
Mukhtar Ibrahim, who was 50 years old, asked a court in Kaduna to kick his wife Sa'adatu Abdulhadi out of his house because he was sick of being married.
Ibrahim said this through his lawyer, Jamilu Sulaiman. Sulaiman said that Ibrahim needs the court to confirm Sa'adatu's three divorces from Ibrahim, which he has already lost.
"I'm also asking the court to let me take care of our four children together because she doesn't give them a good training. One day, Sa'adatu called her family, and they beat us up.
"My mind is tense because Sa'adatu won't leave my house, even though I've been divorced three times.
Sa'adatu did not show up to court on Wednesday, even though the court had sent her a summons.
The case will be heard again on July 10 by Judge Malam Isiyaku Abdulrahman.
