Namibia will sell more than 40 crocodiles to reduce their population in the country

The government of Namibia has decided to sell forty kadus in an effort to lessen the amount of human-wildlife conflict that occurs in the Kavango and Zambezi regions located in the northeastern part of the country.

It is envisaged that those individuals who are interested in purchasing the reptiles will make their bids to the Ministry of the Environment between now and the 17th of July.

Romeo Muyunda, who serves as the ministry's spokesperson, stated that the majority of the country's wild animals are found in the country's national parks. As a result, the areas continue to experience crocodile attacks on both people and the animals they own.

Those who are interested in purchasing the property are required to demonstrate that they have a location that is suitable for the animals and that they will justify their decision to purchase them.

According to the government of Namibia, individuals who wish to be deported are required to provide documents from their respective nations.
