The man who approached the US embassy with a gun is being investigated
Outside the American consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a guy carrying a firearm was shot.
During the event, a security officer from Nepal was also slain.
According to Saudi authorities, the man exited the vehicle and entered the premises brandishing a gun.
The incident was confirmed by the US Department of State, which also noted that no Americans were hurt.
An investigation has been started by Saudi officials.
On July 4th of 2016, a suicide bomber targeted the embassy.
