Kyari replaced Adamu as the National Chairman of the APC

Senator Abubakar Kyari, Deputy National Chairman of the APC Northern Zone, has taken over as Acting National Chairman of the APC.

This comes after Senator Abdullahi Adamu's resignation from his position as the party's national chairman.

The vice president of the national party from the zone will take over in accordance with the party's constitution if the national president steps down.
