Ecowas leaders have arrived in Abuja for a meeting on Niger
The Ecowas summit on the future of Niger is scheduled to begin in Abuja, the presidential palace of Nigeria.
The group of nations called the meeting after the mandate it gave to Niger's military leaders to return power to the deposed President Bazoum Mohamed was fulfilled at the end of last week.
So far the Presidents of Sierra Leone and Guinea Bissau have arrived in Abuja in preparation for this meeting.
