The Brics group will include six more countries
Leaders of the BRICS group of emerging economies have invited more countries to join it, in order to increase the strength of the group.
Additional countries invited by the group include Saudi Arabia, Iran, Argentina, United Arab Emirates and Ethiopia.
It is expected that Saudi Arabia, which is rich in oil, will have a great impact on the group, especially in reducing the use of the US dollar and the US itself in world trade.
22 countries, including four from Africa, have submitted their request to join the organization.
In January, the six countries will become permanent members of the organization.
The issue of the expansion of the organization dominates the agenda of the conference, ahead of the conference being held in South Africa.
Some of the conditions for joining the organization include compliance with human rights laws and sanctions.
All the leaders of the five countries welcomed the new countries that had the opportunity to join the fold.
