In a speech he presented to the Sudanese army, the head of the military government, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, expressed confidence in defeating the threat of the RSF fighters who have been fighting against the government for 4 months.

Burhan, who described the RSF emergency response forces as traitors, said that the government will crush them without responding to the offer of other countries to make peace with them.

According to the president, at least they will not promise to make peace with the traitors, who chose to throw the people of Sudan into disaster.

Al-Burhan's speech during his current visit to Port Sudan state for the first time since the beginning of the war in the country in April that killed tens of thousands of civilians, he said that if all the series of talks that the parties entered into with each other did not reach the success of ending the war, there is no doubt that only the use of force will end the RSF forces.

Al-Burhan's words came a day after the leader of the RSF opened the door to a ceasefire with the peace talks with the government, which is the first time he has requested this in 4 months since the start of the war.

Some sources say that after completing the tour of the military bases in Sudan that al-Burhan is doing, he will go directly to Saudi Arabia and Egypt to discuss with the leaders of the two countries who initially intervened to overcome the crisis in the country.

So far, millions of Sudanese are fleeing in neighboring countries that include Chad, South Sudan and Ethiopia in addition to Egypt, while the hunger continues to worsen, in addition to the increase in violence against women and children.

On the one hand, the United Nations has accused both sides of committing war crimes in the conflict that has lasted for more than 4 months.
