 Kane sets Bundesliga record with 50 goals in fewest games

England captain and Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has set a record by scoring 50 goals in fewest games in the German top flight.

The striker scored a hat-trick in Bayern Munich's 3-0 win over Augsburg on Friday in his 43rd Bundesliga appearance for the club.

Kane's feat eclipsed Erling Halland's record of 50 goals in 50 games for Borussia Dortmund.

Bayern signed Kane from Tottenham Hotspur for a fee of £150m last year, a move that has left many Hotspur fans unhappy.
